Unless no higher ups get on the servers going to be boned for a bit until one does. =14px[color=#e2e2e2]A player is threatening another with a DDOS Attack, what is your response?[/color] Take them to a sit ask them to stop nicely and bring the other guy ask them what the hells wrong they give there answers whos ever is right will not get punished who ever is wrong I will deal with. If it in concludes a ban/kick/warn I'll do it. (I've never witnessed a player threaten someone like that). =14px[color=#e2e2e2]A player that is new to the server starts running around, pushing buttons and killing people and when you put him aside he says he is sorry and won't do it again. What is your next course of action with this player?[/color] If they killed way way to many players I give this guy a ban for a day or a couple hours depending how many people he's killed If he killed one person and pushed buttons  not suppose to than I give him a warn and kick him from the server and say reason rdm x1 failrp. =14px[color=#e2e2e2]In general, what is your process with dealing with minges?[/color] I want to eat them up for being little shits so all the admins on VG except for that dude that did that 24 hour thing. But serious I would actually ask them to stop minging and if they didn't I would warn them for failrp, minging. They continue a 1 hour ban and if they come back to minge again. A 2 day ban not dealing with minges on this server that's how VG went to shit. =14px[color=#e2e2e2]Can high staff be warned/kicked/banned/muted if they break the rules? -1 Improper format, you’re not taking the application seriously so how will you take your staffing duties seriously and playing it off as a joke. Even if the server isn’t popular you must be on some of the time. I know from past experience you’re a minge, not getting too into the past. I will admit that you do have a [i][b]FEW[/b][/i] good ideas when it came to handling misbehaviors. Not much else to say other than, get on the server, prove you have changed from a minge to a better person, clean up the format of your application next time, try to get on this server more often, don’t apply if you haven’t been on, granted you could’ve gotten on while I wasn’t there but still, be on more, but lastly, no hard feelings, I don’t want to argue about stuff in this server like on VG, maybe we can start off on a new foot, etc etc..
